Vilma Bulayungan of Cababuyan South invested her grant in an edger sewing machine and woven cloth to increase production of her handicrafts made from traditional inabol textiles.

Farmer Manuel Dinamling, also from Cababuyan South, purchased essential fertilizers and pesticides to improve his vegetable garden’s yield.

Glory Payadon restocked her Cababuyan South convenience store with a wide range of groceries and household essentials, expanding her inventory to better serve the community.

Marcelino Bumilac of Oong, used his grant to invest in the crafting of his binodbodan inabol (ikat weaving) cloth, which he is turns into modern jackets and accessories that blend indigenous designs with a contemporary style.

Mayor Nalula appreciated and thanked the OVP’s program, emphasizing its direct impact on the livelihoods of his constituents. “We are very thankful to Hon. VP Sarah Duterte and her staff. These grants are more than just capital; they are an investment in the hard work and dedication of our entrepreneurs,” he stated.

The OVP Sarah Duterte’s assistance continues to be a vital lifeline for small businesses in Hingyon, helping to drive economic growth and stability. To date there are already 7 recipients since the OVP extended their entrepreneurship assistance in the munixipality.#
