The Department of Agriculture Regional Office, represented by Atty. Jennilyn M. Dawayan, DA-CAR Regional Executive Director, facilitated the turnover of farming machineries for MLGU Hingyon. This initiative falls under the High Value Crop Development Support Program, a key endeavor of the Marcos administration aimed at bolstering local farming communities.

During the ceremony, Regional Executive Director Atty. Dawayan, along with Mayor Florencio Nalula, presided over the awarding and transfer of the various machineries to the Cababuyan South Agricultural Workers and Entrepreneur Association Officers and to the Purok 2 Proper O-ong Farmers and Gardeners Organization.

The turnover event took place at the Provincial Nursery compound in Bahawit, Poblacion West, Lagawe, Ifugao, on May 9, 2024
