Five couples tied the knot today, February 28, 2025, at the Municipal Gymnasium during the Mass Civil Wedding ceremony. This event was held to conclude the 35th Civil Registration Month, which carried the theme, “Building a Resilient, Agile, and Future-Fit Civil Registration and Vital Statistics System.”
Leading up to the ceremony, witnesses and the officiating official himself, Hon. Florencio B. Nalula, shared valuable pieces of advice to the couples. The messages emphasized the importance of humility, trust, respect, and the belief that actions speak louder than words, as well as the importance of continually loving and supporting one another in maintaining a strong and lasting marriage.
The Mass Civil Wedding was attended by employees, parents, family members and witnesses. Among the attendees was Mr. Bimbo Nagangi, a representative from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), who expounded on the theme of the Civil Registration Month. His speech highlighted the crucial role that civil registration plays in creating an agile, resilient, and future-ready system for the vital statistics of citizens.
Congratulations to the newly weds! Keep the love burning. #
